Mokja Paul Oh and Moknye Leslie Park will be the 'Directors' of Green Tomato starting this year. I've been praying for someone among new faces to be appointed as the GT Directors who has God's heart towards younger people. God has certainly appointed the appropriate people. The role of Director entails being in charge of age-specific groups such as the Children's group or Youth group. GT meetings are distinct from Mokjangs, and the Director's function differs from that of regular Mokjas and Moknyes. Some GT members are currently in Mokja Sungeun's Mokjang. This year I plan to ordain one or two Mokjas among GT to launch an English-speaking Mokjang for our GT friends.
Sister Minyoung Mangan will be the Director of the Preschool Group starting this year. I pray that God will use her talents and enthusiasm, cultivated from her childhood in Sunday schools. (Until last year, Moknye Eunsil Chong, Youngmi Woo, and Hee Cho served as Preschool Group Directors in that order.) Mokja Joseph Cho will remain engaged with the Youth Group and the Children's Shepherds. Mokja Jae Choi will continue to serve Children's group. I give thanks to our Lord for establishing such a wonderful team through each person's unique talents. Please join us in prayer and support.
