We are planning a family retreat from September 3rd (Saturday evening) to September 5th (Monday lunch) this year. It has been 3 years since we last met in fall of 2019, but we will gather again at the family retreat. Mokja In-Soon Kwak is invited as the guest speaker. She once led a special service at our church when our church started the house church ministries. Since then, she has been a precious servant of the Lord who has been sharing the Lord’s grace to churches around the world. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to be able to invite her to our church once again.
During the years since she last came to our church, God the Holy Spirit poured out more precious spiritual gifts on Mokja In-Soon Kwak. I’m sure that God the Holy Spirit will pour grace on us through her as well. For those who wish, we also have set aside time for personal prayer counseling. I ask that you pray with longing hearts and prepare for the retreat. Once again through this family retreat, the Holy Spirit will touch our hearts. The grace that began with Pastor Hee-Jeong Lee will bear fruition more abundantly through this retreat.
The Three Cord prayer meetings (8/8-13) start tomorrow. God the Holy Spirit is working in our HanMaUm church. In times like these, we need to work harder to get together. For this Three Cord prayers, our church wide prayer is for the family retreat and the Arise Youth Summer Retreat that starts next week. I recommend that you choose the following three prayers to pray together.
