Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God;but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
1 John 4:11-12
The strongest spiritual power is in love. This is because God is among us when we love each other.
We are all taught by God about love. A Christian life is a journey and we are to walk it - and we are to enjoy his love and be rewarded with the power of his love. The cross of Jesus tells the story of how His love has been poured out into our hearts. It is only when we see people through the eyes of God’s love, that we can truly love them. God also teaches us about His love when we pray for others. Struggles and difficulties we face each day as a Christian is another way to learn His love. Speaking the truth begins with love as well. (Ephesians 4:15).
Love is also another motivation for Christian evangelism. We should let our love control our attitude and approaches to others before we spread good news to others. We should grow fond of them first by letting God counsel us with His loving eyes. Many Christians think that evangelizing is something for others. However evangelism starts with me, I need to change first.
Without love, even what looks to be spiritually inspired becomes meaningless. This is why the satan’ s priority is always to separate people from love. A Christian without love is only a resounding gong or a clanging (1 Corinthians 13:1). The truth without love cannot give birth to a new life. Knowledge without love results in separation and condemnation. Satan is powerless to those who have decided to love another. For those who decide to love, the weakness of another becomes the reason for love and the motivation to pray in tears. If you put behind all the rational thoughts and decide to love another, it will reward you with spiritual victory.
Mokjang is a place for spiritual training. It is a place to power up your competency to love others. Mokjang without such purpose has no vitality. The most valuable benefit of being a Mokja and Mokyeo is that they can live as the delegates of God. Being a delegate, you are privileged with the opportunity to experience the labor and the joy of His love. Being a delegate, you will learn his love and level up your competency to love others. Other Mokjang members will follow your suit as well, although to a different degree. And If you add to that the effort not to carry out the desire of the flesh but to walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-26), you will know more of God's love and become armored with the power of love.
I pray that hanmaum church will reveal to the world the power of such love.
