You were shining bright like jewels! Each one of you stood out like a brilliant and dazzling star in the House Church Pastor Conference. Like the reflection of our hearts that glitters when serving and worshiping God, you shined like gold in the sun.

  On behalf of Hanmaum Church, I received many praises from the pastors. But my heart pounded the most when they praised you.  The eyes of the pastors were overwhelmed by the bright light shone through you. Whenever I hear them praise and recognize you, I was so happy! This is the same happiness God feels when his children are praised. Thankful and being proud of his children, God wants to compliment his children in front of others.

  I believe that God was pleased to put the Hanmaum church on the air. I believe that he used the Hanmaum church to reveal something to the pastors. I believe that God wanted to lift up this small and feeble church to show the pastors how his hands and feet are working. Many pastors confessed to me that they saw God’s reflection through Hanmaum church. Thank you, God was glorified through our devotion.

  I am a really blessed pastor. I am really thankful that I can serve God with you.  At the dinner on the first night, I know that you spread the flower pedals beneath my table just for me and my wife to enjoy. And our name cards on the table had different drawings that were recognizable by just me and my wife. And you relaxed my wife by saying “All you need to do is come dressed in pretty clothes and greet the pastors”.  You also never forgot to set aside goody bags for me and my wife. Whenever we ran into each other in the hallway, you gave us smiles. Despite that you must be exhausted preparing meals all day in the basement, you eagerly greeted me with a smile when I was there. Even after long hours of driving to the airports, grilling meats and preparing lobsters, you never forgot to hold my hands asking how I was doing. You helped me with chores. You brought coffee and Kim-Bab to my office. Whenever I expressed my gratitude for all the hard work, you replied saying “I am the one who should be appreciative”.  You must have been under the tremendous stress serving 130 pastors, but yet my wife and I were treated like VIPs.

 I felt that we are comrades and family with the same objective and fate. I am thankful just being able to be with you. Just as you are God’s twinkling jewels, you are precious to me as well. I am thankful and honored to be your pastor.
